The Binghamton University golf team shot a team score of 315 (+27) and dropped five spots Monday afternoon during the second round of the inaugural America Sky Championship at Lake of Isles Golf Course in Connecticut. The Bearcats now sit in ninth place out of 12 teams.
Sophomore Bryce Edmister posted a 3-over-par score of 75. His round included seven bogeys, seven pars and four birdies as he sits in 20th place individually.
Senior Mike Surdey tallied a 77 (+5) and is currently in 15th place for the tournament after his team-high 11 pars.
Sophomore Paul Andrews and junior David Cellura fired scores of 8 and 11-over par, respectively.
The Bearcats teed off the third round at 8:30 a.m. today.
