Legislator Ron Heebner is the Republican candidate for Broome County’s 11th district seat on the Broome County Legislature. Elected in 2011, he is a small business owner and a member of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce. He holds a degree in history from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
