THURSDAY, SEPT. 20, 1:43 p.m. — An 18-year-old male student reported to Binghamton’s New York State University Police that a week earlier he had his wallet stolen at the Mountainview College field, Investigator Patrick Reilly said. The victim said he had been playing ultimate Frisbee when someone went into his backpack and took his wallet, which had been on the side of the field. Police searched the area but were unable to find the wallet. The case is still under investigation.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 22, 4:17 a.m. — Officers on patrol responded to a complaint about an intoxicated female in Susquehanna Community’s Brandywine Hall, Reilly said. The officers found the suspect, a 20-year-old female student, passed out in the bathroom after she had vomited several times. Witnesses said the student had taken 4 or 5 shots of vodka and drank 1 or 2 beers; however, they claimed they did not know how much she had to drink before she got there. The girl vomited another time while waiting for Harpur’s Ferry before being transported to Binghamton General Hospital.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 23, 2:12 a.m. — University police received a report of an unknown suspect destroying furniture on the fourth floor of Newing College’s Broome Hall, Reilly said. The officers responded to the scene, but they found no indications of a disturbance on the fourth floor or any of the other floors. They concluded that the call was a false reporting, but were unable to find the caller after checking back with the Binghamton police dispatcher.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 26, 6:45 p.m. — Officers on patrol reported to the Fine Arts Building after numerous fire alarms had been set off there, Reilly said. The officers quickly discovered that there was no fire in the building and went about re-setting the pull boxes. While doing so, they found a male student sitting naked in one of the hallways. The officers asked the student why he was naked and he said it was because God wanted him to be naked. The suspect, a 23-year-old male student, then said he had smoked some medical marijuana that he believed had been laced and had been hearing voices. The suspect made several other strange statements, saying how love meant everything, before being transported to Binghamton General Hospital.
