Elaine M. Miller, MPA ‘93, is running to represent Broome County’s 15th district in the Broome County Legislature. Miller is the executive director of the Binghamton Housing Authority, and is a lifelong resident of Binghamton.

Miller did not respond to Pipe Dream’s request for comment.
