Phillip Strawn is the incumbent councilmember for the Binghamton City Council’s sixth district, and he is the Republican and Conservative candidate in the upcoming election. Strawn is the vice president of finance at The Children’s Home — an organization that offers care to children and families — and has served as the business manager at Binghamton University’s Campus Preschool.
