Incumbent legislator Mary Kaminsky is the Democratic candidate for Broome County’s 14th district in the Broome County Legislature. Kaminsky was first appointed in November 2015 and was reelected to a new term in 2018. Kaminsky is the minority leader of the Broome County Legislature. She is the director of development for the Southern Tier AIDS Programs (STAP). Kaminsky earned her associate of applied science degree in business information systems from Broome Community College.
