In just the past year, campus recycling rates have jumped from 19 to 27 percent. This is only one of the many facts presented by the Student Environmental Action Committee at Thursday’s America Recycles Day in the Union Tillman Lobby. Students came together to create information guides explaining how students can help preserve their campus environment. The hall with the best design will win a pizza party and enough supplies to decorate the rest of the cans in their building.
