FRIDAY, NOV. 10, 11:49 p.m. — Binghamton’s New York State University Police responded to a call from Nyack Hall in Hillside Community for a loud party. The call was placed to Broome County 911, but the caller would not provide a name. Officers identified the two residents of Nyack Hall who hosted the party, and they allowed University Police to inspect the premises. The officers noticed several beer cans lying around, but no more partying.

SATURDAY, NOV. 11, 1:26 a.m. — Two residents in the same Nyack Hall apartment where the party occurred earlier in the night returned to their room only to be prevented from entering the suite by residents already inside. The two then called University Police in order to report that they were being locked out of their rooms. University Police brought them down to the Couper Administration Building police offices in order to give statements about what had occurred. After the students gave statements, University Police returned to the apartment at Nyack and arrested the two residents who wouldn’t allow their roommates in. They were charged with harassment in the second degree.

SATURDAY, NOV. 11, 3:48 a.m. — Police patrolling around Newing College witnessed a student urinating at Endicott Hall. According to police, the student, Brent Roberts, appeared to be intoxicated. Police arrested him for disorderly conduct.

SUNDAY, NOV. 12, 4:58 a.m. — Police responded to a call from the information booth attendant on Center Drive of a suspicious male starring at her from outside the booth. When University Police arrived, they noted he was not dressed appropriately for the weather. The 41-year-old male was wearing a jacket with no shirt underneath and shoes with no shoelaces. He was sent to Binghamton General Hospital.
