WEDNESDAY, OCT. 13, 9:59 a.m. ‘ A female employee of the New University Union’s M&T Bank filed a report of harassment by a 20-year-old male student, said Investigator Dennis P. Bush of Binghamton’s New York State University Police. According to the employee, the male has a history of verbally harassing and belittling M&T employees, and at the above date and time had placed a deposit slip under the window that had a drawing of a character with visible genitalia on it. The suspect has no known motive for harassing the employees and has been referred to the Office of Student Conduct.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 13, 6:20 p.m. ‘ After a 19-year-old female student left a black purse in one of her classes, a teacher turned it over to the Couper Administration Building’s collection of lost-and-found items, Bush said. Officers inspected the bag’s belongings in order to find out its owner and discovered a forged driver’s license from Illinois as well as an unknown blue pill. The suspect was contacted and questioned about her belongings ‘ she confirmed that the ID had been made out of state, and that a friend had given the blue pill to her. She was subsequently arrested and issued an appearance ticket for the Vestal Town Court.
