Kevin Harvick won the Daytona 500 Sunday in a photo finish. Luckily for Harvick, as first reported by the Binghamton Free Press, favorites Jimmy Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. wiped out on lap 142 when they crashed into a blue bus driven by a Decker School of Nursing student.

Men’s basketball head coach Al Walker has been catching some flak lately, but the biggest problem in his coaching strategy has yet to be addressed. With just two games remaining in the regular season, Walker has yet to insert Schafer Jackson into any game. Jackson’s instant offense would be good for at least four or five more wins.
And the Binghamton wrestling team wrapped up its dual meet schedule with a 10-10 record, after failing to win a match all of last year (0-12). I’d congratulate coach Pat Popolizio and his boys, but you know wrestling’s fake.
