Junior middle blocker Jacki Kane was named to her second consecutive all-tournament team this weekend at the Cornell Invitational.

Kane started off the weekend by delivering seven kills in a BU loss to American University on Friday. Kane then helped the Bearcats end Buffalo’s 10-game winning streak on Saturday by delivering 13 kills at a team-high .310 clip. Every kill counted in this match, as it went to the full five games.

Kane then had her most impressive showing of the tournament on Saturday in BU’s loss to St. John’s. Kane kept the team in the match by registering 11 kills, and a Bearcat season-high .474 clip.

Kane was also named to the all-tournament team last week at the Harvard Invitational.
