Well, the day that everyone has warned me about has finally arrived. Senior Day. My last ever regular season game as a Bearcat.

Apparently this is supposed to be an emotional occasion, but in all honesty it feels no different than the 78 other times I have pulled on a Bearcat soccer jersey. Whether it was an America East final or a scrimmage with Binghamton golf coach Nick Lasky as the referee, I have always approached games with one thought in mind.

Wednesday is not the day to reminisce about the past. Wednesday is about getting a win and looking to the future.

Eventually, the spring semester will roll around and the dust will have settled on the 2005 season. The 2006 Bearcats will be busy running lap after lap on the Events Center track. They will also be doing more hours of circuit training than hours of homework (sorry boys). Exempt from these workouts will be the senior class of 2005.

With nothing but school to occupy our time, there will be plenty of opportunity to look back at the marvelous times we had on that field. For 90 minutes on Wednesday, the only thing on our minds will be winning the most important game to date, and adding an extra memory to eventually look back upon.
