Katie Radzik added another achievement to her rÃ.ésumÃ.é.

Radzik became the first Binghamton cross country runner to finish with a top-25 time in a regional race since the program moved up to the Division I level in 2001. Finishing in 23rd place, Radzik went on to earn All-Northeast Region honors.

Radzik finished the 6K course with a time of 21:39, leading the women’s team to a 19th place finish out of 37 teams at Saturday’s Northeast Regional Championship at Franklin Park in Boston. Senior Stacy Kramer was the Bearcats’ second finisher in the women’s race, placing 87th with a time of 22:51.

The men continued to struggle with their consistency, finishing 26th overall out of 33 teams. BU’s top runner was freshman Ryan Shon, who completed the 10K course in 33:14. He placed 121st overall out of 232 runners.

Both teams cap off their seasons Saturday at the IC4A/ECAC Championships at Cortland Park.
