Devos rebounded to win his quarterfinal consolation match 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 over Cornell University senior Mirza Klis.
Both senior Evan Algier and junior Rafael Rodrigues competed in the C Flight, and lost in the opening round in straight sets to opponents from Princeton University. Algier was defeated by freshman Augie Bloom, and Rodrigues by eventual finalist, junior Coleman Crutchfield.
Taking part in the E Flight was senior Andreas Danielsson. The second-seeded Danielsson was upset in the first round by Columbia University senior Alex Lee 6-1, 6-2. In the consolation round, Danielsson faced a couple of players from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He topped freshman Dominic Devaux-Lovell 6-0, 6-3, before losing to sophomore Mark Hemy in the consolation finals 1-6, 6-2, 7-5.
Devos and Rodrigues paired up in the A Doubles Flight. They lost 8-2 in the first round to Yale University sophomores Marc Powers and Daniel Hoffman.
