Sabaidee Thai Restaurant, though a feasible alternative, is not as convenient as Thai Thai Cuisine. The people there are extremely friendly, and there seemed to be a larger crowd of people there, but each item, from the appetizers to entrÃ.ées, seemed to be $2 more expensive than Thai Thai.

In order to make a fair comparison, I ordered Pad Thai as my main entrÃ.ée. I admit it was hard to decide if it was better than the previous restaurant, but in the end, my conclusion fell more on the price than the stickier texture of the sauce.

I also tried a red curry dish with coconut milk, but was dissatisfied as it tasted like something one could have made at home. I decided to try a different appetizer here, called Chicken Seitan, which came with an appetizing and sweet peanut sauce. For dessert, I got the fried ice cream again. It had the same taste and was the same sized portion as the other restaurant, but was again $2 more expensive.

In the end I spent $10 more at Sabaidee, plus it was a further drive from Binghamton (Endwell). I would recommend Thai Thai over Sabaidee for these reasons, but I encourage you to try them both, as the food quality is a close call.
