Lock: NEW ORLEANS (-3.5) over Jacksonville: Somehow after opening the season 0-4, the Saints have reemerged as the favorite in the NFC South. With Quinn Gray and his 39 passer rating again at the helm for the Jaguars in the Dome, don’t expect the Jags to pull an upset.
CLEVELAND (-1.5) over Seattle: The Browns are 3-1 at home, the Seahawks are 1-2 on the road and coming off a bye week. I’m just worried about the Charlie Frye returning to Cleveland subplots. I mean, what if he uses his clipboard to harm Derrick Anderson?
DETROIT (-3) over Denver: I am legitimately scared of the Lions offense in the NFC. As good as the Bronco’s corners are, Detroit will test them deep and now have a legitimate running game with Kevin Jones. A couple more wins and the Lions can seriously start talking about playoffs.
ATLANTA (-3) over San Francisco: Can I legitimately pick the Falcons this season? At home, against a lousy 49ers team, I guess so. Expect big things from Roddy White.
