Fall Sports Preview 2024
Binghamton Athletics will look to continue its prowess in the America East after winning the Commissioner’s Cup for the second year straight in 2024. After a strong 2023-24 year with multiple programs performing exceptionally well, BU has taken great strides in bringing championship culture back to Vestal.
Multiple programs, including volleyball and women’s soccer, are expected to finish near the top of the conference in 2024 after impressive 2023 campaigns. Notably, the women’s cross country team will look to replicate its success after winning its first-ever AE title in 2023. The men’s cross country team will look to finish in the top half of the conference, as well. Men’s golf will look to build momentum after a sixth-place finish at the Northeast Conference championships in its inaugural season. Lastly, men’s tennis will begin its chase for a second NEC title, and women’s tennis will look to rebuild under new leadership.
Bearcat fans should be excited as the quest for a third straight Commissioner’s Cup victory is underway.
