David Kudgus is a Republican candidate for Town of Union Council. Kudgus has served on the Town of Union Council for four years and also works as an aging out/school transition coordinator for the New York State Broome Developmental Center (OPWDD). In the past, Kudgus has worked as an individual care coordinator and supported education and employment specialist for the Catholic Charities of Broome County, and as an employment and education specialist for the New York State Office of Mental Health. Policies Kudgus has supported in the past while on the Town of Union Council include the construction of solar farms by Norbut Solar and Renovus Solar.
