Stephen Cornwell is the Republican and Conservative candidate for Broome County Family Court judge. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and has been practicing law for 15 years. In 2016, Cornwell was elected as the Broome County District Attorney. Broome County Family Court presides over cases involving families and children including custody, domestic violence and juvenile delinquency.
