Incumbent legislator Cindy O’Brien is the Republican candidate for Broome County’s 10th district in the Broome County Legislature. First appointed in 2016, O’Brien is the majority leader of the legislature and serves as chair of the County Administration Committee. She earned her associate of science degree in computer science from Broome Community College.
